Why I built my “Creating Calm” course.

Anxiety has a sneaky way of showing up when you least expect it. I know this because I’ve seen it in myself (and still do from time to time!) and in the clients, I work with every day. The heavy chest, the racing thoughts, the constant “what ifs” that make it hard to feel grounded.

In 2024, I started working on an online resource because my books were full, but I didn’t want to turn people away or leave them on a waitlist. I wanted to create something anyone could access anytime, whether they were waiting for therapy, not ready for therapy yet, or looking for support between sessions. I wanted a course that anyone could use at their own pace, to feel calmer, stronger, and more in control, without needing to “fix” anything that’s wrong. That’s how Creating Calm was born.

Creating Calm is a self-paced online course for anyone over 16, designed to help you understand and manage anxiety, reduce stress, and feel more confident in your ability to handle life’s challenges, no matter what comes up.
