If you’ve been carrying trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming experiences for longer than you’d like, an EMDR Intensive offers the depth, focus, and uninterrupted time needed for real change.
Instead of spreading therapy out over months, this immersive format allows you to work through what’s been weighing you down in just a few highly supported, intentional sessions.

Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing

EMDR is a gentle, guided therapy that helps your brain process experiences that feel “stuck” — whether they’re big or small, recent or from the past. When memories or emotions remain unprocessed, they can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, flashbacks, or emotional patterns that feel hard to shift.

Through carefully guided eye movements, tapping, or sound, EMDR helps your brain naturally reprocess these memories. The intensity of difficult experiences decreases, and you begin to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

EMDR doesn’t erase memories — it helps you integrate them so they no longer hold you back, giving you space to move forward with emotional balance and resilience..

EMDR Intensives : A Focused, Accelerated Approach

An EMDR Intensive is a dedicated block of therapy — typically over a few days or up to two weeks — designed to help you go deeper, process more fully, and create momentum that’s hard to achieve with weekly sessions.

Through carefully guided EMDR, combined with grounding and resourcing techniques, you can work through memories, triggers, and patterns safely, while your nervous system is supported every step of the way.

Many clients notice relief, clarity, and emotional lightness after just a few days — progress that can take months in traditional weekly therapy.

EMDR Intensives offer something unique: the chance to make meaningful shifts quickly, deeply, and safely. They’re especially helpful for people who:

  • Want faster results than weekly sessions allow

  • Feel ready to dive deeper into their healing

  • Are time-poor but motivated

  • Are preparing for a life transition or important event

  • Want to break through stuck patterns or intense memories

The result: You walk away feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control — not just insight, but real emotional movement and tools you can carry forward.

Why choose an Intensive?

  • A personalised plan tailored to your experiences, goals, and pace

  • EMDR sessions paced gently and intentionally

  • Breaks, grounding, and support to ensure safety and comfort

  • Integration of insights and emotional processing between sessions

  • Follow-up and optional email support to help you consolidate your progress

The experience is immersive but always held, calm, and client led. You are in control, and the process moves at a pace that feels right for you.
