Welcome, I’m Kate

I’m a clinically registered Counsellor (PACFA), Accredited EMDR Practitioner (EMDRAA), and Victims of Crime Counsellor based on the Central Coast of NSW. I work with men, women, and young people (12+) who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the weight of ongoing stress.

My approach is gentle yet evidence-based, drawing on proven therapies to help you find relief, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of calm and confidence. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where your experiences are honoured and your healing journey is uniquely yours.

Over my years of clinical practice, I’ve noticed that anxiety, stress and overwhelm are becoming more prevalent, so I’ve created resources and online programs to help support you in real time. They focus on helping you understand the why and how of anxiety and give you realistic, safe and effective tools and strategies to help manage your anxiety and welcome more calm into your life.
